I'm using pilot-link 0.11.8 under Debian Linux. My goals are to fetch the ROM from my Tungsten T2 to use it in POSE, and to be able to transfer my programs to the T2.
You can read all that I've done so far in another post in the tools forum (maybe it was wrong there or maybe I'm to impatient):

Basically I'm worrying about whether pilot-link is ready to run with OS5 and the Tungsten T2, because I've read in the manpage for pi-getrom that OS5 is not supported. I could somehow live with that, but if OS5 is not supported in installing my .prc files to it (via pilot-xfer) this would be quite a problem for me.
Has anybody been through this and can shed a light on it?
Also if anyone has some experience on the pilot-link setup with an USB-Cradle, I'd be thankful if you could also read the other post as I have some more questions in it.
Thanks, Jan
P.S.: How long does it take to get the registeration as a palm developer accepted? I need the ROM, as pi-getrom is not working. I've registered on Friday, but as I didn't give away my private adress and phone number, I don't know if they didn't put me in the trash folder right away.
