No, this shouldn't be a problem.

You don't need to compile with arm-gcc. Tungstens use an emulator to run
m68k code on the arm cpu. Once your app works with m68k-gcc, it's done.

I don't believe there are any palmos 4 roms that support hi density
screens. For that you need to test on the actual device or using the
tungsten simulator (windows only :-()
