I released my first product about 10 days ago. I've created a Yahoo! group for users to discuss it, report bugs, mention features they'd like to see, etc.
I'm unable to reproduce some of the errors. Is there any way to get more information from the user when an error occurs? Is there some kind of error stack trace?
