the installer does it - but, clobbers any other cygwin install if you have it (which, is why this whole thread started in the first place) :P
Aaron, I think you're forgetting that the "cygwin clobbering" issue was only for version 0.0.1, which hardly anyone received. In version 0.1.0 (passed out at the conference) and version 0.1.1 (the version to be posted to our web site "very soon") does not have that problem if you go through the custom installation path.
