Also..when creating T3 programs, do I have to compile it differently in Code Warrior to make it ARM compatible?
No. You just need to follow good programming guidelines, and your application can work on everything from the original Pilot 1000 to the current Tungsten T3. I would recommend using the most recent Palm OS SDK, currently 5.0R3, just to make sure that you're building your application using the strict headers that prevent disallowed structure access.
