Be aware that the current licensing of the DIA code specifically
prohibits redistribution. That means you can't use it in any projects you
give away source code for (i.e. no Free Software projects).
It is for that exact reason, that we came up with our own cleanroom
implementation of DIA for use within Plucker, which seems to work better
(i.e. transparent use across multiple devices such as Palm and Sony), and
it works solidly with rotation and scaling/fonts, etc.
That might be an option for you, if you wanted to go that route.
