Is starting over even an option? ;) Backup anywhere?
You can also try decompiling it to Rez using the CW IDE and instructions I've posted at

A DeRez tool is also available as part of the QuickTime SDK for Windows, from the developer section of quicktime.apple.com.
Finally, you might try running GenerateXRD from the Palm OS Developer Suite -- it can convert the RSRC file to XRD format and may be able to recover something.
