Memo example for PRC-Tools?

All the sample projects in the SDK seem to be for CodeWarrior.  Can 
anyone point me to a version of the Memo sample ready to compile with 
PRC-Tools?

If not, is there any way to convert the CW resource files into PilRC 
format, short of redoing  it all by hand?
