Would it be fair to ask how's the integrated debugging support coming along? :)
It's coming along fairly well, and should be working for 68K apps and the Protein x86 Simulator when the alpha drop is released. It will also work for Protein ARM native applications, but since there's no ARM hardware available to general developers, this isn't as important. Everything but the x86 debugging for Protiein apps in PalmSim has been moved to use the Palm OS Debugger core, integrated with Eclipse using GDB-MI. Both serial and USB debugging for 68K apps will be supported.
We're still working on some issues; it's not going to be perfect, but it should be fairly usable with the first alpha release.
