Since I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2004 I seem to be have a problem debugging with the Tungsten T3 Simulator (using CW9.3). I have created a firewall rule allowing it, and it doesn't show as an attack, but it doesn't work.
The interesting thing is that if I open Norton Firewall, and I just enter the configure screen, and then exit it, then debugging starts working. It seems that this is a Norton problem that by default the rule list does not load correctly. This problem only happens with the T3 simulator. The others seem to work after creating a rule to allow (the default loopback 127.0.0.1 rule does not seem to help for some reason, but if you recreate it, it does. Another bug!). I should really contact Norton, just I wonder if anyone had any similar experiences.
