Since I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2004 I seem to be have a problem debugging with the Tungsten T3 Simulator (using CW9.3). I have created a firewall rule allowing it, and it doesn't show as an attack, but it doesn't work.
You need to make sure that a connection from the local system to port 2000 is allowed. The default loopback rule may not allow that port number, but that's the one used by Emulator and Simulator debugging.
