ok, now i understand what's the problem. the "content-length" must be set in
"decimal number of OCTETs" as specified in RCF... bat what does this means?
for example if my content-length is 614 how do i "translate" in "decimal
number of OCTETs"?! it is simpky an hex convertion?!
