As suggested by Edward, I had installed the MultiLanguage pack (Simplified
Chinese) on my Windows 2000 Prof.
In my computer's Regional Settings, I am seeing the "Simplified Chinese"
also.

But the problem still lies.

As soon I copy the Chinese Strings in a form, strings are converted into
question marks.

Any suggestion????
