Pilot Install can install via IR as well as serial or USB, and it sounds like the laptop in question already has an IR port. So one could let Pilot Install beam all 7 databases in one simple operation. Of course, you could also have a couple of cradles hooked up. For folks with a compatible connector and which would allow it to be used instead of IR, it would install faster over USB than IR.
