Hi, I'm writing an application that will require me to communicate with the user in as many ways possible. Such as, either video, audio (mp3), graphics (bmp). I'm fairly new to palm development, so please bare with me.
But what would be the best way to create a form that can display text and graphics? From what I've been reading, it seems that creating a resource that would do that seems like the best bet. Is there anything that I should look out for when creating a text/graphics resource? Also, what would be the best way to play mp3's within my app? Are there third-party app's that I could incorporate play, pause, stop, rewind, fastforward buttons into my apps form? Alos, what would be the best way to play video's? I haven't come across any information on this and I'm not even sure if it's possible. So I don't even know where to start with this one. I'm open to using third-party apps that I can customize into my application as well. Anything that would make this work. any help is greatly appreciated.
