I think this remark concerns more the other developers like me. Based on
your statement I visited PalmSource web to check it again. They really state
"The license does not permit you to discuss these materials in public."
However, I tried to derive this statement from the "PROTOTYPE LICENSE AND
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT" and was not able.

What is more important for me is to know, whether you qualify our recent
discussion on Exchange Manager registrations as a breach of these
conditions. In my understanding it was a kind of (public) debugging of a
problem that the users attributed to our program, but finally proved to be a
problem of Palm OS and common to a broader spektrum of applications.
