That's unfortunate. I want to redirect my app's IrDA 
communications to a serial port, but it's proving exceedingly 
difficult. Can you confirm my observation that a connection 
opened using IrLib will not be redirected to the serial port 
even when shortcut-dot-s is enabled? (PalmOS 3.5 m100)

I also looked at using Pose with the Ir activity redirected to a 
socket, but speed proved to be a problem as the connection 
would time out.
