Hi Venkat,
I am have the same problem as yours. I have an RS232 app that works fine on
the m-series and the Tungsten T, but will not send on the Tungsten T3.
Seems there might be a problem with the T3. Have not tried a T2.

problem

Hi,
Iam using Tungsten T3 PDA.
My application is using Serial port .
My Target device is using only Tx & Rx signals .
But Tungsten T3 serial port is always checking for CTS handshaking
signal .
so it is unable to send the data through the Serial port.
But it is able to receive the data.
I tried with different flag settings by using the SrmCtrl( ) API.
When i shorted RTS & CTS signals then it is working.
Is there any other APIs which will control the CTS handshaking
signal ?
Is there any specific way to follow ?
Same application is working well with Tungsten T2 .
Your suggestions are always welcome.
Thanks & Regards
Venkat
