Well - HsGetPhoneLibrary is Treo 600 specific API (from the PluggedIn site)
What I am saying is that it's returning nothing. Interestingly enough, the PhoneInfo sample that comes in another zip file does the same thing - which leads be to believe that there's something missing in the Treo simulator.
Can anyone comment?

Try SysLibFind(), SysLibLoad() and PhnLibOpen() API functions.

I am trying to access the operator name and ID on a Treo (Specifically the Simulator for the time being) by using the following function:
err = HsGetPhoneLibrary (&PhoneLibRefNum);
However, no matter which Treo simulator I use that function returns an error message saying the Phone Library cannot be found. Has anyone else
run into this?
Thanks! Edward
