Seriously, PODS can build large applications, but it relies on the support that's in PRC-Tools. You need to use PRC-Tools properly, which means having a valid .def file and valid section attributes on function declarations in your code.

There are plenty of projects using PRC-Tools in the wild that are larger than 32K. Maybe you should download some of them from SourceForge and see how they set things up to handle multiple sections. A good pointer to some of those projects if the PalmOpenSource site at http://www.palmopensource.com/
