Cannot download OReillyStarter.zip for Windows from ftp.calliopeinc.com/palmprog2. Is it possible to get the sample project source code somewhere else? The code is necessary for a student starting Palm OS Programming by Neil Rhodes and Julie McKeehan. Any help is appreciated.
