First, pick a descriptive subject line. "INSTANT HELP NEEDED!!!" sounds a lot like spam or a content-free message, and doesn't encourage people to read your mail.
Second, tell us what you've tried and what you observed. You don't even mention which simulator you're using and what version of CodeWarrior for Palm OS you have.
OK, so a quick guess is that there's a second copy of PalmSim running in the background, and CW's trying to connect to that and failing. To check this, open the Task Manager and kill off any PalmSim.exe processes that are running. If you still can't connect, there are plenty of messages in the archives that might provide answers, including ones about disabling firewall software that might block communications on port 2000.
