I'm not much of a Windows guy, but I know if under Unix, a process
tried to start listening on port 2000 and some other process was
already listening on it, the second process would get an error from
the system call and would spit out an informative little error
message like "unable to bind to tcp port 2000".
Assuming that things work similarly on Windows, I'd like to throw
out a request for enhancement for PalmSim that it pop up a window
that says "unable to bind to tcp port 2000" or similar. It
certainly would have saved me some frustration on at least one
occasion...
