Unable to see APN in a newly created connection profile

 Hi,
 
 I am using following code to create a new Connection Profile
 ("TestProfile") with Connection Type GPRS and with its corresponding
 APN ("myapn").  For some reason I am unable to see APN Field (it shows
 Phone field instead of APN) when I select TestProfile from Network
 Preferences Panel.
