PalmOS developers.

Maybe I missed some news, but could you explain what the purpose
of such an action would be? What are you trying to achieve?
Also, if such a thing does happen, it is a good idea to have a
clear idea of what you wish to get out of it and what an acceptable
resolution would look like.
