Well, i already use WinDrawBitmap but none of the colors are correct. 
Seems to use the standard palette and not set the new one :\

Hi,

    WinDrawBitmap should do the appropriate conversion automatically.
The palette in 16bit mode is fixed, providing 6,5,6 bits for red, green,
blue,
thus some images with very fine gradients will suffer from the conversion.
