Well as said on the PalmSource Installer, it should work on treos 600/650, I
took this question from the PalmSource Installer FAQ page:
"... Q: What versions of the Palm OS does PalmSource Installer support?
A: All devices running Palm OS 4, Palm OS Garnet (5.x) and Palm OS Cobalt
(6.x) are supported. The current version (1.5) of the Installer has also
been tested against and found to work with Palm OS 3.5. ..."

As treos 600/650 both are devices running Palm OS Garnet, I guess the
PalmSource Installer would work on them.

Good Luck.
