I am using it and are very happy with it.
I had to customize it for Codewarrior as it has been designed for GCC
(PODS?) and was a bit hard to do it as need to convert a lot of byte
handling functions.
Also it focus more PalmGear csv format (that is the same from pdasi) but
you can adapt it to work with Handango, Esellerate, etc
I think that is your best (only?) option to work with registration
codes, it has very advanced techniques to generate the keys in a nice
format like:
XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ-WWWW
Based on user's Palm Name,
If you use PODS it will be pretty easy, if you use CW it will be a
little more difficulty but still worths.
