Hello Matthias,

You can download the PalmOS Developer Suite off of PalmSource's website. It
is quite large, but has been broken down into smaller chunks (20 MB each).

Also, I believe the Palm WebSphere Micro Environment has been installed in
most of the newer devices. You can check out:
