First, a big thanks for these answers.  I'd gotten as far as finding the PC
database documentation file on the Palm site.

As for my reference to an unsupported OS, CDK documentation designates IDE's
that require Windows XE.

In one table in CDK documentation, development environments supported do not
include Windows 98SE.

User environments for developed software do include Windows 98SE.
