This looks like a flaw in TX architecture as it is more recent device

The differences between the last Palm devices makes me think the product
managers of the single devices doesn't even meet each other for
breakfast. Example:
DriveMode, File-App, Internal Drive, LD-Manager. They all run more or
less on the last 3 (or 4 with E2) devices, but they are implemented on
ly in a single device, each one in an other. For example: Just as if it
wouldn't be a great feature to have the drive mode. But it doesn't
exist in the TX, but it runs on the TX. Why isn't it implemented? the
app is ready, the app is developed, costs some amount of money to do it,
would be a great feature, compared to WinCE, and? It isn't there...
BT-Headset-profil, is there, is developed, runs on the Treo, why doesn't
Palm goes and put it inside the other devices? To much to port? i can't
believe it. They have time and money to develop every other kind of OS
extension. An headset profil, many people ask for it...
Shaking head...

BTW: It reminds me on the old Amiga-times: there were 2 different Amiga
2000, one designed in Germany, one in USA. They are very different
inside, but from one company, sold as one device...
