Hello all,

I have a problem with Palm Wifi on T3. When I use a sound stream and some netlib operation after a while (like 1 mins) it crashes showing a Fatal Exception alert. We confirmed that there are no memory leaks in the app.

I just had a while loop with only NetLibReceive to read UDP packets from my server with sound streams with empty sound callbacks – even then it crashes. When I tried debugging it crashed most times in the EvtGetEvent.

1] Is this a know bug with T3 and palm WiFi – The same app works fine on a Treo 650 using a WiFi sledge?

2] Is this related to netlib stack size?

3] What is the stack size on devices like T3, Treo 650?

4] Is there a way to debug Fatal Alerts (tried palm OS debugger, codewarrior in debug mode – but both didn’t catch the exact location where it is crashing) – are fatal exceptions related to System problems?

Any pointers regard to this will be helpful.

Thanks.

Regards,

G. Kalyana Sundaram.
