Are you using the sysAppLaunchCmdAlarmTriggered, and the
sysAppLaunchCmdDisplayAlarm Launch Codes for your Alarm? Or are you
depending on the Sleep/Wake-up Launch code for your code to be activated?
You might want to also check into REM sleep on the Treo's:
Chapter 8, page 78, PalmOne Developer's Guide (available at
pluggedin.palm.com/)
Feasibly, the Treo 650 device might not even be reaching the sleep state?
