Telus Mobility Treo 650 resets when my app runs

Thanks for the suggestion about checking available memory.  Sometimes the most obvious solution is overlooked.  Unfortunately we have plenty of memory on this particular Telus Treo 650 device so this is not the source of the problem.  Any more ideas?
