Diana,
You can use HsTurnRadioOn() to both prompt the user and turn the
radio on if they say Yes. Calling PhnLibSetModulePower directly will
probably generate user complaints as most users expect to be prompted before
the radio is turned on. Remember that turning the radio on may cost the
user money, may get the user in trouble (hospital, airplane), or may cause
them to think that something is wrong with their phone (i.e. "It just turns
the radio on all by itself!").
