when I try to run garnet simulator it says trouble launching target

what does Garnet work with and what does Cobalt work with? On my notebook,
where pods is sort of working, the only thing that works is Cobalt sim and
PACE. I run PACE with pure 68k and Cobalt with PNO.
There are no Cobalt-based devices and based on PalmSource/Access 's ALP
announcement earlier this year, its probably reasonable to assume there
won't be.
