Luckily I'm beyond that, I've been supporting our app now for about six
months and can work somewhat with the CW compiler but just follow what is
there. As I stated somewhere else, we have tried for several months to get
help from both Metrowerks (no longer in existence) and Palm to no avail. All
we wanted to know was where to get some trainer led classes.
Getting the book is a very, very good start and you were given a great lead.
Plus make sure you are using CW 9.3, which comes with Constructor,
which you'll probably find easier to use than pilRC, and certainly
for doing graphics.
Contact PalmSource/Access for details on the next training class,
because they are the people who actually put them on. But I don't
know if they have one scheduled, but if there's enough interest they
are likely to schedule one.
