You're nowhere near any Hotsync limit.
My bet on the most likely culprit is your PC software that creates
the .pdb. My hunch is that your PDB is flawed--maybe headers don't
match actual records.
Can you build your PDB using the "par" utility?
Another trick I have used is to create a CSV file on my Mac, and then
use the host file interface in POSE to read the CSV from within a
PalmOS program running on the emulator. I generate the PDB within
POSE, then export it back to the Mac. This won't work well if your
endusers need to create the file on their own, though.
