Again, search the archives for several threads on this. If the device does not have a serial number or a cell phone IMEI/ESN or a MAC address of some kind (WiFi, Bluetooth), then you are out of luck. Some devices, especially the low end ones, have no place to put a serial number. Usually because the OS is in mask ROM, not Flash, so cannot be programmed.
