That is something only you can answer. Having said that... Are you syncing differently in some way that doesn't preserve timestamps? Or do you have a completely broken clock on that machine? Have a look at the mtimes on the updates files, and compare them to the mtime of /var/db/pkg/.cache/updates_time_cache. -- Ciaran McCreesh
