There is no 0.14.90, the latest non-CVS version is 0.14.2.91 and as
William pointed out is available from
http://pan.rebelbase.com/download/releases/
If you look at http://pan.rebelbase.com/download/ you will see that it
says that the latest beta is Pan 0.14.2.91
<http://pan.rebelbase.com/download/releases/0.14.2.91/> and the latest
stable is 0.14.2.
