Hi
Hey,
Even though I maintain Pan, I have no idea how to handle translation.

If there's no answer, you can run a git log on po dir and ask some of the
latest contributors for advice.
I did that, and Piotr Drąg kindly explained the following:
"Pan is hosted on the GNOME infrastructure, so translations are managed
through this website: https://l10n.gnome.org/module/pan/ – and it
generates an up-to-date .pot file instead of keeping it in the
repository.
But if you want to contribute, first you need to reach out to the
French and Turkish translation teams. You can find their contact info
here:
https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/fr/
https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/tr/"
Sabri Ünal explained that the Turkish translation was completed, so I
took upon me to update the French translation. The documentation has
also been translated in French. You can grab the compressed tarball
containing them from <https://transfert.free.fr/6wSmsQU> which will
expire in 7 days. Please take a look and if something's wrong, I'd do my
best to fix my mistakes. Please note that the documentation seems to
have some obsolete strings (broken GNKSA link, strings that do not match
the application's interface), but overall it's still very useful IMHO.
After that we'd have to decide how we proceed. If translating the
documentation is okay, the one in Turkish can be done too.
Best regards.
