I've added the items from the last meeting that weren't discussed, and everyone should feel free to add anything else they want to discuss. For those people who have joined us in the last couple of weeks, you should feel free to attend these meetings, which we have (or at least try to have :)) every week. If there's anything you want to discuss, then go ahead and add it to the agenda and give us a quick heads up here on the mailing list. These meetings are a good opportunity for us all to have a chat in real time, without the inherent delay associated with mailing lists that can destroy the flow of a conversation. Chris
