Get AlSee ( www.altools.com/Downloads/ALSee.aspx ). It is an amazing
picture viewer with basic editing abilities and it is free. (they also
have a number of other tools including an awesome ZIP program) Under
"edit" there is a resize option. You can do them singly or as a batch
operation.
