I know it's a bummer when you can't afford to buy it.  Then you just
have to go without, which isn't fun.  But it's right.  We live there.
My husband is a stickler for that -- people have asked to borrow cds &
stuff, but if we know they're going to copy it, we keep it.  And there
are so many times when it would have been nice to have a copy of
someone's cd -- especially when they're out of print now.  BUT, it's
not right.  Or legal.  So we don't.  Yes we miss out on stuff, but our
consciences are clear!  Doing the right thing isn't fun a lot of the
time, and feels unfair frequently, but that doesn't mean we take the
law into our own hands.  Anarchy never works well in this world... deb
