Your Airco is looking very, very nice. You are right about taking care of the edges. With paint, or simpler even, is to use marking pen, like a Sharpie, or colored pencil. Trying to make a color match may take a little effort, but is well worth a trip to Michael's arts/crafts store. Take a sample color with you to Michaels. Just a suggestion.
