Thanks for the suggestions.

The edge coloring isn't too hard to "match" becauce an edge change always 
causes a value shitf (at least).

The areas that need to be fill painted will take more work to color match. Much 
of it could simply be trimmed away - we'll see.

Your Airco is looking very, very nice. You are right about taking care of 
the edges.? With paint, or simpler even, is to use marking pen, like a 
Sharpie, or colored pencil. Trying to make a color match may take a little 
effort, but is well worth a trip to Michael's arts/crafts store.? Take a 
sample color with you to Michaels.? Just a suggestion.? You are doing 
very well on your own....


Do keep us informed. It is nice to hear some of the details of your 
build.
