Boss, Like JoeG wrote, you and everyone having employment trouble are in my thoughts and prayers.
Don't forget Boss, employment is all about strength of mind. If you can't find employment, make your own and do it better than the next guy. A guy who lived over my back fence moved in and did nothing but get a mower and a trailer and put an ad in the local paper. In a few months he had so many old folks he was mowing and cleaning for he couln't keep up.
