Go here for blank nets of the various polyhedra used in making the multisided dice used in RPG's. They are in PDF and GIF.
http://www.korthalsaltes.com/index.html You would most likely have to resize them. The reason I got hooked on paper models is because many years ago I was looking for nets to make some oversized D&D dice. I found that website along with a bunch of other places to make all kinds of models. I was able to resize the nets, and using the dice from the game was able to orient the numbers correctly using Paint Shop Pro. Any graphics program should be able to help in resizing and numbering the sides.
