Wargame Michael has to agree.  I use paper dice often... but only for  
marking a model's number of turns, wounds left, and orders.  Actual  
rolling of paper dice is problematic.  You can never get the fair  
equalization of weights and geometries to make true randomized  
numbers.  A cheap set of dice made from a third world country by slave  
labor will be more random than the best made paper dice.  And I NEVER  
NEVER NEVER exaggerate.
